How a class runs

What a coached session is

Coached, not supervised

Class caps at 20. A coach watches your reps, changes the weight, and tells you when to stop. Nobody trains alone in a corner.

Scaled by default

Every workout is written with three versions. Your first month looks nothing like the person next to you, and that is the point.

Built around the island

Runs go out the open door and along the coast road. First class is 05:15, six days a week, finished before the heat and the traffic. The people who pick that hour almost always pick it again.

A man locks a barbell out overhead outdoors, palm trees behind him and a judge watching with arms crossed.
A man sits on the floor stretching toward his feet, other athletes' legs standing around him and spectators pointing in the background.
A shirtless man holds a barbell locked out overhead indoors, other athletes and a judge with a clipboard behind him.
A man hangs from a pull-up bar mid-set, chin lifted, chalk on his wrists, steel roof trusses overhead.
A man drops into a front squat with a loaded barbell racked on his shoulders, competition floor tape marked out beneath him.
